We will be hosting the Premium Guess the Score contest again this season. All HOL/RSS premium members are invited to take part.
The rules are the same:
This contest is solely for HOL/RSS premium members. The first one to record a particular score on the Premium Guess the Score board locks it in. Anyone who guesses the same score after that will be disregarded. [Tip: to check if a particular score is taken simply press Control + F]
You must also have the winning team correct to win that week.
Remember: The first one to record a particular score on the Premium Guess the Score board locks it in. Anyone who guesses the same score after that will be disregarded and your protestations will be as well. Make sure to check if your prediction has previously been locked [Ctrl + F] in or not before posting it.
The three score guesses with the closest point differential combined for both teams (and all ties) will win a free month added to their HOL memberships. You may not go over the score for either team or your guess will be disqualified for that week.
Example -- if Nebraska wins 42-21 and you guessed NU winning 38-17, the point differential would be a combined total of 8 [42-38 + 21-17 = 8]. If you guessed NU 45-20 your score would be disqualified since you went over one of the team’s final scores.
Also, there is the chance each week to win a free year of your HOL/RSS membership. Anyone who correctly guesses the final score for both teams in any Husker game week will win a free added year to their premium membership.
Last season, two members won a free year by correctly and exactly guessing the final score of a Husker game.
