Montana, Montana State, NDSU, and SDSU should move up to FBS and join the Mountain West. If Oregon State and WSU joined, it might be a pretty decent conference.

Whats key is keeping sdsu, which looks like they will now.

Not unlike the arrangement between the ACC and Notre Dame. I wonder if WSU and OSU can get full participation in non-football sports; if not, OSU and WSU ADs will have a scheduling nightmare.
