Things I think I think after watching spring game again.

If I erased the names, rankings and years off each qb and just watched four guys play, how would I rate them? I'm not sure Gebia is in my top two. And I have been a huge Gebbia guy. I'm pretty sure I take the freshman. My depth chart would be Martinez, Bunch, Gebbia. Vedral can't play so I'm not going to try to put him in. Gebbia's strength is suppose to be throwing the ball and it just doesn't seem to be great right now. And being an average athlete doesn't help him. I think he was comfortable in the old offense and it served him well. Now he is having to think and think fast and it's hurting his one big strength and that is his passing ability. He is great with short timing routes and in anticipation throws. He would be better in a west coast offense IMO. He reminds me of Ty Detmer. Smart, hard working guy with great leadership. Puts the ball where it needs to go and doesn't make mistakes. But is a small limited athlete.
The two things that Gebbia would have over Martinez is experience and throwing. The experience is somewhat null and void since they are both operating a new offense. Maybe you give Tristan a slight nod for having a year over Adrian. After watching a few practices and the spring game I'm not sure I see a big difference in throwing. Martinez is clearly the better athlete. I go with Adrian and take my medicine this year knowing the next three years will be great. Fire away.

Forgot to write about the TE's. I am super excited about this group. When is the last time we had this much potential here. This group will be fun to watch over the years.
