Maybe a double post but I didn't see this posted. Lengthy, interesting interview with Mike Riley. Covers the staff changes and last season BUT the main new item is that he says he is creating a new 24/7 recruiting department. No details on exactly how the new department will operate but sounds like another interesting change. I assume figuring out this new department is why Gundy hasn't been replaced yet.
