What are the rules, if any, on transfer portal visits? Does the athletic dept pay for transportation to and from, lodging, meals etc for prospective portal transfers?

There used to be a limit to the amount of visits a University could pay for. Since I don't hear anything about that these days, I'm assuming it is theoretically unlimited in total now but perhaps still limited to one paid for official visit per player? Hard to keep up with all the changes having been made to college football recruiting rules.
