Hello all, been a while since I've been on the board. Moved cities and jobs so wasn't able to commit myself to the board for a bit.

Anyway, I was just thinking and hoping to get some questions and discussion going for the upcoming season. What is our record under the lights in Memorial Stadium the past 20 games? I thought I heard we we've won something like 18 out of the last 23 games or something. Can't find the stat anywhere.

Nebraska is a 38-5 all time under the lights.
Nebraska is 19-2 all time in conference Home games played under the lights.
- Mizzou 2008
- Texas 2002

Nebraska is 37-1 all time in Primetime Home games played vs. teams ranked outside the top 7.

2 of those losses came vs. teams ranked #1 at the time:
- 1991 vs. Washington
- 2007 vs. USC

Missouri in 2008 was rated #4
Texas in 2002 was rated #7.

Virginia Tech, ranked #19 in 2008, was the only Primetime loss at home to a team ranked outside the top 10 or top 7 for that matter.

The Huskers are 5 - 4 all time vs. top 7 teams at home, under the lights. The most recent win was 2015 vs. Michigan State.

Since Nebraska came into the Big 10, they are 6-0 in conference home night games:

2011 vs. Ohio State
2012 vs. Michigan
2012 vs. Wisconsin
2013 vs. Illinois
2014 vs. Illinois - Illini had to play in Lincoln, under the lights in back to back years.
2015 vs. Michigan State

Wow. Everything I needed to know—and more! Thanks, Corn. I knew the lights boded well for DONU, just not that well. If we only get to choose 1 of 2 night games between UW and OSU, I'd rather play the badgers so we have a better shot at winning the West. Here's to hoping we get back-to-back UTLs.

Didn't K-State whoop our ass under the lights in primetime less than 20 years ago? Would've been the Ell Roberson/Darren Sproles team where Bo spazzed out on Bill Snyder at the post-game handshake (as our DC)

It will be interesting to see which game Penn State chooses for their "White Out" tradition game. It's probably going to be when they host Michigan but if our season is going swell it might be a tossup choosing between UM and us. Then again, Michigan doesn't return a lot of experienced, returning starters to the field so it could be a tossup right now.

Was at that game. Pretty much sealed Solichs fate with the place emptying early. Also gave a preview of things to come with Bo acting like a douche to Snyder. Dude never has grown up.

How many years remains on Bo Pelini's old contract?

Bill Synder's career will end soon. The transition in K-State will be interesting.

Former ND State AD moved to Iowa as Deputy AD and now at K-State.

It will be interesting to see how that transition ends.

Bill Snyder's son could be a Frank Solich type hire?
