Pitching Rotation going forward ,

SO right now it looks like Walron and Fisher are locks for our Friday and Saturday starters. Who you got for Sunday? Curry is now likely out, so we have Luensmann, possibly Tillotson, maybe Gomes, and maybe Eddins as the group of candidates to select from? Or is a Johnny All Staff approach to Sunday and save some of those other arms for weekday starts? I like Gomes to be a 2 way player and start on Sunday, with Chad and Paul in the pen.

Prob all staff until someone breaks out. Wouldn't be surprised to see Gomes 'start' but I don't think you'll see a dedicated Sunday pitcher for a little while....could be wrong though.

I’d start Gomes and aim for the future honestly. Erstad will have the crazy weather as his pass this year regardless so might as well build for the future.

Reece and Chad are already screwed up so it is what it is at this point. Unfortunately.

Injuries, development, role, etc. They just seem lost in the shuffle at this point.

I personally like Chad out of the bullpen myself. He has always been a pretty successful BP guy overall.

They said Blessie was having arm issues and wasn't traveling with the team as of a couple weeks ago. Assuming we get to actually play some baseball this week, I would start Luensmann and Perry in the midweek and go Waldron/Fisher/Gomes on the weekend.
