47° is pretty sweet for late December in NYC.
Not great weather, but certainly could be worse.
The Huskers will be helped by not having Neyor out there. Hopefully, we'll have some guys out there who aren't affected by the weather. It seems like B.C. is used to playing in weather like this. I think we're in for a tough one.

You realize Boston is historically warmer than Lincoln in November? If it’s the potential for rain you are citing, I doubt either team has an edge playing in the rain.

Rain will be light and become more steady later in the day. There isn’t even a quarter inch of precipitation expected for the day . The precipitation will be more annoying than game affecting. Winds will be light. Just keep the ball dry.
That’s no lie. When I lived in FL it would rain all day sometimes in the winter and in the mornings it’d be in the 30s or 40s. When it’s 35 and raining it feels like it’s 10 degrees outside. Game may end up being a 17-10 slop fest.
As long as both teams have the proper spikes/equip shouldn’t be much of an advantage or disadvantage for either team. IMO

You're right. I'm just going by my impression of Boston College football. If BC football was a race horse, it would be a mudder. Seems like that team plays in a couple sloppy weather games every year.
