A PICC line is a long catheter (tube) that is inserted into a vein in your neck. The tip of the catheter is positioned in a large vein that carries blood into the heart. The PICC line is used for long-term intravenous (IV) antibiotics, nutrition or medications, and for blood draws.
By bringing the entire coaching staff from Florida, Coach Frost has inserted a PICC line into the Cornhusker football program.....being feed intravenously by the FLORIDA High School football machine. This will produce a steady stream of wonderful student athletes for many, many years to come. I hope we all can appreciate the enormity of what is happening at and to the very foundation of Nebraska Football at this moment.
