Petteway meeting with Miles postponed indefinitely?

So Petteway is visiting his Mom and postponed the meeting with Miles indefinitely. I wish him and his family the best as it sounds like a difficult situation.

I also think the indefinite situation also tells us the likelihood of his return is very slim, if not none.
