Performance review HC & AD

Every season we are accustomed to ADs saying they will review a coach after the season is complete.

With the millions of dollars going into recruiting I am of the opinion the performance reviews and any adjustments to contracts for both the HC and AD ought to be made after signing day.

Oooooo kaaaaaaa. You do know, right, that sometimes on field performance does not match recruiting ranking? Sometimes teams under perform their recruiting ranking (e.g. Texas, Georgia) and sometimes they out perform those rankings (e.g. Michigan State, Northwestern)
