How would you structure the bonuses for the new HC and his Assistants? I personally believe in performance bonuses. I know it looks complicated but performance matters. A structure like this would promote stronger recruiting, more productive practices and positional meetings. As well would make sure the best player would be on the field for each position.

$100K for a bowl game win
$125K for a 10 win season
$125K for a Divisional Title

OC
