Satterfield sounds like B Ferentz
Whoa man, easy… I got some issues with Sat but that’s just straight out of line.
Satterfield sounds like B Ferentz
I was hoping to see more WR sweeps, not a WR converted to RB
I'm imagining him just out there running around like a toddler
Actually Jamelle Holieway rarely pitched it. He was a running back, and a darned good one.Crouch won a Heisman and he rarely pitched the ball.
He got too used to not pitching after years of Dan Alexander fumbling.Crouch won a Heisman and he rarely pitched the ball.
Against teams like that those are the type of runs we should be getting.Probably didn't anticipate having to make a couple 75 yard runs to keep NU in games.
Travesty we couldn't get a decent running back from 98-2001He got too used to not pitching after years of Dan Alexander fumbling.
He wasn't doing anything because he didn't get to play. Because he was stuck behind a midget. He wasn't doing anything at WR, maybe he can help at RB.
Looks like we’re finally getting the “bloodbath” practices that Mark Banker wistfully spoke of 7 years ago. Another sign that, no matter what happens Saturday, our prolonged era of fielding Charmin soft defensive units is finally coming to an end.

Which head?If we win this game my friggin head would explode
What's our record over the last 6 years? I wonder why.I'm shocked he's not happy with something
I have vivid memories of Dan being very top-heavy, and he kept leaning forward, almost looking for contact that wasn’t there, only to fall down in open holes….He got too used to not pitching after years of Dan Alexander fumbling.
I agree. I still don't know why the jet sweep isn't as big anymore. That play is tough to defend and opens up the interior.I was hoping to see more WR sweeps, not a WR converted to RB
Well we scored a TD with a jet sweep last week, so there's that!I agree. I still don't know why the jet sweep isn't as big anymore. That play is tough to defend and opens up the interior.
If we win this week I will be out in the streets with what little hair I have left on fire.If we win this game my friggin head would explode
I would drive to Lincoln to join the storming of the fieldIf we win this week I will be out in the streets with what little hair I have left on fire.
We've only ran it three times this year..Billy Kemp for a TD, Lloyd in game one for 9 yards, and Hill for -5.Well we scored a TD with a jet sweep last week, so there's that!
With all the window dressing motion, it's good to actually make good on one of those every now and then - resuscitating for a score in the red zone.

I meant just running with the WRs in general since our RB options are now limited. I don't see HH being a true option guy as his pitch hasn't been there yet and he isn't fluid enough from what I've seen. That speed option has worked well thus far though.I believe Lloyd and Hill were both on reverses, not jet sweeps.
I think we need more reverses and option passes to keep people honest if we are going to run option.
