...Tuesday at 5pm, for those that have the stomach to watch it again. The beginning of the end. Not sure how many local cable carriers get Pac-12, I know Dish does. They replayed the '96 Arizona State game last week.

One night last week I watched the second half of a Rose Bowl, ASU vs. Michigan on P12. Harbaugh was QB for Michigan. ASU won -- Harbaugh threw three picks. The game after that was the '96 ASU - Nebraska game (three safeties?). I didn't watch it. I think they're only showing games that P10 / 12 teams won.

Admittedly I'm a bit of a sadist when it comes to those type of games. I threw on 2000 NU-KSU last weekend. Man, what a beast Quincy Morgan was. And the snow at the end of the game was absolutely surreal.

I'll probably get around to watching 2001 NU-CU at some point in the next couple months, maybe right before we play them.

No need for cable to watch old NU games. Most are on youtube. Here it is.

Mods...a “vacation” is in order for this person for posting this game!!! Winking

That Fox Sports Net theme music is soooo amazing.

I'll admit I rewatched the 96 Arizona State game. That may be the worst offensive performance the past 40 years. I don't think we had any plays over 20 yards until the last 5 minutes of the game. Frost's 2nd game, and he was off all night. And the fumbling was ISU-esque.

Bohl was so afraid of the swing passes that CU had been successful on all season that he had the LB's screaming outside at any appearance of the drop back action. Which left the draw wide open. And he never adjusted all game. It seems like you might want to stop what is killing you before dealing with hypotheticals. But what the heck, I'm not a DC.

They looked how it must have looked the first time the counter was invented. It was like nobody told the defense they were allowed to pretend to go one way but then go the other.

That 2001 game was one team's only claim to fame.

Now can someone give me a tour of their trophy room?

Have the 1999 Colorado game going on in the background and they had a short preview for Notre Dame-Stanford the following day. Troy Walters was amazing.

They had Bill McCartney make a visit in the ABC booth in the second quarter of the 1999 game right after NU extended its lead to 24-3. He talked about talking to the team the Wednesday before this game and it turned out the North Division trophy was on site and they had already inscribed Nebraska on it. The situation leading into the game was as follows:
1. Kansas State (7-1)
2. Nebraska (6-1)
3. Colorado (5-2)
... with Nebraska holding the head-to-head tiebreaker over Kansas State.

Nebraska had to win the game to win the division. The final was Nebraska 33-30 (OT).
