This is totally different. This is an opinion of someone ( committee) that they thought 1 team should be in the tournament over another team. No judge can change that.
I would prefer courts handle more serious matters than who the #68th ranked basketball team should be. Yeah WV should have been in, other schools can make the same argument, you don't tie up the courts with it though. Plus, you think the committe won't remember that in the future? Say next year they do get in.....no problem, we'll put you in the toughest bracket farthest away from home we can find. No thanks. Next time don't lose the opening game in your conference tournament to a nobody.

I see both sides of this argument actually. Do I think it’s a bit trite a governor worries about something that’s a bit petty as your home school not getting into a basketball tournament? I kinda do. A governor should have more pressing things to worry about that are far more important than something like this. OTOH, there are some injustices going on with the inclusion of this tournament. No way Norh Carolina should be in this and thanks to their own guy being a part of the selection committee they did. Someone has to speak up.

I don't want my governor fighting about the selection committe deciding on the last team that should have gotten in, no. To each their own though....but it seems like a super silly thing to spend time on to me.
Depends on what they are fighting for. Something like this with no chance of changing anything is wasting time and possibly money depending how far he actually takes this .
