Was hoping to get some advice from the gym/fitness bros in these scrolls.
I work out fairly regularly - typically 4-6 times a week. Do a mix of TRX/CRT classes 2-3 nights, lifting another and mix in a long run every now and then.
Despite this, and eating a reasonable diet, I just can’t seem to get rid of my gut. I realize getting old and metabolism is part of this. But I would just like to see more result given the amount of effort/sweat/time I put into working out.
So I was hoping for a recommendation for a supplement that helps burn fat. Don’t really want to add bulk, going more for lean muscle. And I’d prefer something simple - not some elaborate powder shake program. Ain’t nobody got time for that.
