I've seen a lot of threads about the lack of quality steakhouses in Lincoln.
I don't know or understand the demographics well, but why couldn't Lincoln support a national or regional brand like Fleming's, Morton's, Ruth's, Capital Grille, Sullivan's, etc? If there was just one in the market, you'd think they could flourish.
Too high end and expensive for most?
