OT: What's the best Alice In Chains song

Nothing better than seeing your favorite bands live and these guys aren’t getting any younger.
I would KILL for an 80's "One Hit Wonder" tour

7-8 bands, that all come out and do their 1-2 huge hits...that would be freaking awesome

A-Ha
Simple Minds
OMD
Mr. Mister...

For those 3-5 years...I wonder what their lives were like...the girls, the fame, the partying...it had to have been amazing.

If i may stretch a bit...River of Deceit

This was a really good band. Pearl Jam guitarist Mike McCready met the bass player for this band in rehab. They formed this band with Staley and the drummer for Screaming Trees. McCready hoped bringing Staley in would inspire him to become sober being around a bunch of sober guys in the band. They recorded the album at Bad Animals studio which was owned by Ann & Nancy Wilson. Sadly shortly after the band was formed, the bass player died of an overdose, and Staley was dead a few years later from constant drug use. Staley was allegedly under 100 pounds when he was found dead. That dudes life is a tragedy. So much potential. Destroyed by drugs.

It’s hard for me to choose a favorite. AIC is definitely one of my favorite bands, along with Soundgarden, from that period. Hell, I’d even say altogether.

September 21, 1993, saw AIC in Omaha on my 21st birthday. Phenomenal night, with some great friends, lots of drinks. Fantastic birthday.

I never got to see AIC in their prime before Layne was gone. I did get to see Soundgarden a few years back at Westfair. I got this pic of Chris Cornell. A few days later he was dead.

*also this is me at a country show on Beale Street a few years ago repping the Soundgarden Louder Than Love shirt. Unfortunately the ladies were only there for the pic. Didn't go much further. :(
