Another trip down memory lane, the year 1982. When 12 year old me saw a music video on MTV that would inspire me to buy this album. My parents voiced their displeasure with the cover art and the music within, believing I might need counseling with our minister and maybe even an exorcism. But 12 year old me would not be deterred and I would continue to listen to Maiden, seeing them in concert several times, even seeing a solo Bruce Dickinson at Blazestock ‘94. In honor of the band and album that started my journey as a metal head, here is the music video that started it all.
