OT west Nile virus

anyone ever have this? Been diagnosed and have it for a little over a month and can't seem to get going. Have a few funny symptoms but the damn tiredness, fatigue, and don't give a crap attitude are getting old.

Any thing you've done that works? On B12 now, tried some "diet" pills and not good side effects.

Any ideas would be helpful
