OT: VA home refi advice in Texas

Home mortgage is now through Wells Fargo. I am hearing that they are not the best for refi's in general. I am looking around online right now to compare rates, but I am not finding anything.

Anyone have the answer to being able to compare current rates with lenders for this loan type?
