OT: Transaction Broker v Buyers Agent

Looking to put my Parker CO home on the market sometime this year. I've sold a home once before and used a buyers agent. I guess there are transactions brokers that may be a lot cheaper than the 3% commission a buyers agent commands. Anyone have any experience with this? Any recommendations for a transaction broker in the Denver metro?
