Sam Spilker released the news today that he will be shutting down operation of Spilker Ales next month. My life of having access to a brewery at any time is about to be over. That said, I will be pouring for the last open house on April 8 from noon - 5:00. If you've ever wanted to see ScienceGuy completely wasted, that will be the day. Ask for me and I'll pour you one on me. Most likely, I'll pour it on me as well.
