Last weekend on football Sunday, my bride tried another new Sparky Fire idea. She slathered moderately sized cauliflower in Sparky Fire Sauce and baked until they were a bit carmelized.
I'm not a fan of cauliflower as a rule, but with just s little ranch dip this was awesome. She is making again today for Manning/Brady #17, to go with French dip sandwiches.
