...again after a several month hiatus of laziness & overeating. Showing up at the gym I have some serious questions:
1) Is it ok to NOT wear 3/4 length tights under my shorts whilst I pump?
2) I’ve seen a few men walking around with gallon milk jugs full of water. There appears to be 8-10 water fountains in the gym. Something doesn’t add up. Is it poor water quality from fountains?
3) Some of these men yell ALLOT whilst throwing steel. Should I emulate them to show I won’t back down?
4) Should I kick someone’s ass or become someone’s bitch on the first day?
