OT: Sams club or Costco?

We have been members at sams for 7-8 years. Our membership expires next week, so i am looking for some opinions on if switching to Costco or staying with Sams would be the better option. Price wise from what i have looked into they are pretty comparable on most products, but as for quality of meat or produce would anyone say one is better than the other? TIA
