OT: RRS Customer Service (posting photos)

OK, I'm low tech by design, but I need to sort out how to post photos on RRS. Back a spell I tried suggestions using photo bucket. No luck and I think I punched a hole in the garage wall.

Thanks for any assistance. Note: I would have read the RRS directions and FAQ's, but the online giant Yahoo feels they're not needed.
