When I look to see if I should go see a movie I used to go to yahoo movies and see user ratings. Those don't exist anymore. The only legitimate means appears to be IMDB. I went to Rotten Tomatoes and an example is as follows:
The movie "12 Strong"
Users on that site give it a more than 4.5 out of 5 rating (These people are the target audience)
Critics give it 54%. (These people aren't the target audience)
The critics that show up on the site really show their true colors and have disgusting biases. One person put so little research into it that they don't realize the Taliban type clothing is a reality. Another tried to equate U.S. soldiers as morally equal to a Taliban who tortures people. These paid critics are idiots stuck in their own bubbles. I will always go off the thousands of people who saw a movie over a stooge with a bias.
