OT: RIP Val Kilmer

RIP Iceman… you can be our wingman anytime

Not to mention Doc Holliday, Batman and others. Dude had a pretty sweet run for a while there. Slayed some of the best ass in Hollywood throughout that time, too. Had a rough go of things toward the end though. I think they had to voice-over or digitize his voice or some such shit for him in the newest Top Gun. By almost all accounts, he was insufferable to work with, but one of the icons of his time for sure.

One of the greatest actors of the last 50 years. Total shame he didn't even get a nomination for Tombstone. Legendary performance in a legendary movie.

Oh good gawd that wasn't even close to being worth an award, and I love Westerns, but that was the cheesiest of all time cheese for movies...he literally spent 2hrs dying in that movie...half expected him to put his hand over his heart and stumble a little bit while proclaiming..."I'm coming Elizibeth....."

I would agree that it's the best movie he's been in by far.

His role wasn't anything special though IMO.

I'm not really a Batman fan, I mean how many times can that story really be told anyway? ...and i'm not gay so Top Gun was meh as far as he's concerned, Tombstone was the worst western in history...so i'm really down to like...Heat.

Heat is my favorite movie and he was great. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is slept on too. People did not like The Saint but I enjoyed that one too
