OT: Plumbing Help Needed

Any plumbers or somebody with experience with sink drains on here?

Have a bathroom sink that fills up right away. Have removed pretty much all the drain pipes and haven't found a specific reason for a clog. There is some buildup in pipes with some scum but nothing that would stop gallons of water. Any help?
