OT: Phoenix

So just got to Phoenix after a 21 hour drive from Lincoln. My cousin is moving down here to become a commercial airline pilot, and I decided to take the week off work and help him with the move and take a little vacation as well. So I'm asking my RSS brethren what I should do in Phoenix. Where should I eat? Where should I drink? Should I go hiking or should I just stay out of the heat the whole time? Let me know fellas
