Wednesday: crawfish poutine
I could eat this every day and not get tired of it. It's basically crawfish etouffee ladled over diced spring potatoes and doused with fresh mozzarella cheese. Always fun to eat here, as I laugh at the various bendos, earth cookies, and hipsters who frequent the place.

I ate here about 2 months ago and they had the best crawfish etouffee that I've ever had in my life. Was in Shreveport again this afternoon and had to give it another whirl - sure enough, it was as good as the first time. This place is a dive bar in downtown Shreveport - definitely worth checking out if/when you're ever in S'port.
