Hey all, to make a long story short, a guy that is supposed to be doing our siding subbed it out and now they have all bailed. We have not paid him for the labor. The materials have been sitting at our house for about 3 weeks without the guy working. We have called, text etc. no response. With all of the rain we are starting to get water in our new construction. I have a guy lined up to come out Monday but it is supposed to rain tomorrow and we CAN'T get anymore water in our house. My wife and I are going to try and DIY some flashings and new tape around the windows. Any advice or help with this would be greatly appreciated!
