Looking to monetize the land I don't use for my house (25 acres):
- Not looking to make a ton of $$ nor do I think I can but want to make a little something more than I am now.
- I grow hay now. Which is to say a local farmer fertilizes it, cuts it, bales it (large - about 36) and then cuts me a check for minus his cost.
- Has about 600 plants or so of Aronia berries which I don't do anything with. It's in rows and can be easily harvested. I am thinking of drying out the berries and selling it but that sounds like work - Ha.
- Any creative ways that are simple to execute and doesn't take a ton of expertise?
- Animals are not an option.
