I always think that spotting crazy people is easy but then I read threads like this and realize that there is a good chance that a lot of these nutbars have really good high paying jobs.
And their comebacks are all the same "You are just a robot" and "I guess you believe everything the government tells you"
Like, do they not realize HOW many people would have to be in on these lies and coverups.
I always love the assumption that everyone in a certain group leans a certain way. Doctors are all involved in promoting big pharma. Teachers are all liberals. Cops are all jerks. On and on.
I clearly work with teachers and most of them are not libs, not even close.

I read your link. I feel bad about your kids. I have a kid with Crohns’s. I’m sure it presented after a vaccine, because kids get so many. But I don’t know what caused the illness because nobody knows the cause. Vaccines have been around for hundreds of years, and apart from the first attempt at rsv, and the batch of Salk vaccine that wasn’t correctly inactivated, they are considered safe. And there would have to be so many people in on a conspiracy of silence for them not to be safe I don’t think they could keep the secret. I mean who are the prominent anti vaxxers-Jenny McCarthy, wormbrain Rfk jr., and some naturopaths?

Crohn’s/UC is a combination of genes/environment. The growing theory is emulsifiers as the environmental stimulus. They are in nearly every packaged food. IBD is almost unheard of in 3rd world countries (kids still get vaccines). Within 10 years of being in the US, their risk is the same as a child born in the US. Sorry about your child. Without getting into details, my family has a lot of experience with IBD.
Are they diagnosing it? IBD can be misdiagnosed as a litany of other conditions. You’re saying 3rd world countries aren’t having bowel issues but have 0 sanitation? Yeah, right …

I 100% believe that vaccines are not the only factors that are affecting the health of our children. We are living in a toxic soup of chemicals in our environment and foods that are likely having a devastating impact on health.
One of my biggest issues is that for some reason we can question those other factors but when it comes to the vaccines that are injected directly into the body and whose growing schedule correlates almost ezactly with the rise in autism and other chronic issues in kids (allergies, ADHD, digestive issues, etc. etc.) we aren't able to question if there may be a causal factor there. It defies commonsense to just dismiss it and say that it's "settled science" especially when that science is performed and funded by the very industry that is making billions off of those products.
I respect your concerns especially with how Fauci handled COVID. He should be in jail. That said, this measl s deal is a completely different situation. The question when evaluating treatments is always weighing risks of each option. In a situation where the vast majority of the population has immunity to measles maybe you can make the argument that vaccination isn’t warranted. In the face of an outbreak though in a population of susceptible children there should be ZERO question about the need to vaccinate susceptible children. The benefit of vaccination FAR outweighs the risk of the MMR vaccine.
