My girlfriend has a contract with the babysitter for child care that has her son's name on it and my son's name on it. She is the only one that signed it. My question is it legally binding contract without my son's guardian/parent signature on it. She turned into a complete b***h when we gave her 2 weeks notice and I don't feel comfortable taking child there. Also she has filled position and I don't want to pay her the last week's worth (children won't be there). It's all about principle not a money thing.
