OK, I have to say it one more time. THANK YOU! Like Sparky said, damnit this place is a family (albeit a very dysfunctional one at times). The prayers and support are so very appreciated.
So, I'm here to give my final update. After her procedure Tuesday she's made a dramatic turn for the better. All of her counts are up, pain is WAY down despite decreasing meds back to just Tylenol, she's eating and drinking and even laughing occasionally....all a huge change from the rest of the week. She even walked about 100 ft without a walker (she hadn't even gone 20 with a walker before today). Still definitely a lot of healing left to do and it's probably a few weeks before she's fully recovered, but we're on the way!!!!
