I am a couple years away from building. In the meantime, found a subdivision that we fell in love with and they only have two lots available. Does anybody know of a bank that will finance just the land without a construction loan? I've called around and nobody does just land it would appear, all want me to do a construction loan and we just aren't ready to build at the moment. I just don't want to lose this property as it really is everything we are looking for.
