Turns out there was little to no progress made on some major defense project (Raytheon) while she was absent.
She thought she was going to get reprimanded, instead, the big Kahuna slid a document across the desk offering her a $60,000 retention bonus if she agrees to stay through 2024.
Seriously?
Not complaining about the extra family revenue,…but this is equivalent to pretty much everything feds related
Let’s not address the issue of unproductive employees…we’ll just throw more money at the problem. 🤦♂️
