I hit the gym 5-6 days a week. I alternate between cardio and weightlifting. And before someone asks, I don't have a 300+ bench press.
On days I lift, I am hungry afterwards. All day. I can't get the feeling if being full. Like my body is begging for fuel.
Ideas? Besides to keep eating until I feel full.
