OT: General Practitioners in Lincoln?

I'm looking for a doctor here in Lincoln. I just moved back and would like some suggestions. I'm 25, was born with severe pulmonary hypertension and was on ECMO as a baby.

My doctors at UNMC recommended a few years ago when I visited them, that just to be safe I should go when I'm 25 just to make sure everything checks out okay. No worries here, but better safe than sorry.

So I just need to go get checked out from that aspect, (cholesterol, blood pressure, heart rate, all that fun stuff.)
