Quick question for the farmers or field experts out there. What do you recommend for covering a fairly large field, maybe 3-4 acres, to control the dust for summertime?

I live in Eastern Washington and we have pretty dry summers on average, so I am looking for a grass that is drought tolerant but still provides good covering. I have a field mower so I am not too worried about the maintenance part, I just want a decent ground cover to control all the dust.
