My company is the same way. Three black women. All three are clueless and serve no purpose. Zero construction experience and basically get laughed at when they go out and put on their propaganda show.
Obviously there are capable people out there from nearly every ethnicity and culture, but it's pretty damning to have these do-nothing jobs created and filled people who's only apparent skill is some word salad bs about diversity.

Maybe if a certain party didn't see to it criminals have more rights than the rest of us more people would help in these situations...but we've seen to many good citizens get charged when they try to intervene.
trying to liquidate people doesn't necessarily seem like civilized behavior.
I'm not allowed to offer my opinion here. but more people should believe in themselves.

The dude with the sunglasses that was bigger than the robber watched that guy pull the girl down and does nothing. Wtf. Hopefully his girl is taking notes on what would have happened had the robber picked her.
