They load those chickens up on enough antibiotics and steroids to kill any mold or fungus for about a year .....They'll be fine.

We usually buy a rotisserie chicken every week from Sams on Sunday and my wife uses it on her salad everyday till Friday. Never had an issue, but that's only 5 days. 2 weeks is way out there.
