And sh*t. Have had some health problems come up and I would like to lose about 20 more pounds. I'm not looking for a fad diet, miracle or anything else. I'm in no hurry, do regular exercise, and other than a few things am a healthy 40 yr old man. Just curious what guys do to maintain wt/lose wt. that are more permanent changes. The high protein/veggies/low carb thing is pretty good so far, but I need to change up things.
