DBK is obviously much loved & respected here, and that includes by me. I'm sure she will be given a liberal grace period as HC here, but I wonder what that means.
Suppose we don't reach the Final 4, or are a force in the B1G, for several seasons in a row. The expectations here are off the charts for VB. I think she'll be successful here but I wonder what level of underperforming would be tolerated here for VB.

How about we let her get moved into her new place, have the baby, and conduct her first practice with the team before you get too ahead of yourself.
