What are everyone's thoughts on these in Omaha? I have always understood that you should stay away from them for appreciation purposes. Why would someone by your 5 year old house when they can get a brand new one for the same price? I also am not a fan of the cookie cutter house. I want an older home with some character. My fiancé and I have been struggling to find a home in Omaha, market is crazy right now. She has started to mention building a celebrity and I am very opposed to it. Just would like to hear other peoples thoughts on this. TIA!
