My wife and I are coming back this weekend for my nephew’s 10th birthday party, and for some reason we’ve reaallllly been craving a bison burger? Haha.
We can get them in Las Vegas, obviously, but the schedule does not allow for us to get one tonight.
The only places I know that have them are Piedmont (not have I ever been), Buzzard Billy’s and Granite City……
Haven’t had the Piedmont one, but I’ve had BB’s and they make their Pattie’s waaaay to thin. Then GC has just never impressed me even though others seem to like it?
Anyway…..let me know if there’s a hidden gem orrrrr I’m heading out to Pioneers park to kill one and make them at my parents’ house.
