Osborne’s players talk about the development of three deep at every position by everyone getting a lot of reps in practice. People say that’s not possible anymore because of restrictions on the number of coaches, but Osborne had ten coaches and I think that’s what we have had every year since. I know we are able to add one more coach now. Why could Osborne give his these players all these reps in practice but we haven’t been able to since?
