They fought. The problem was that Gary had some bad games where he couldn’t make a shot and turned the ball over too much. We don’t have enough weapons to compensate for one of our best scorers to have bad games. It happens to good teams but our margin of error was too thin for it to happen to us. Who would have thought that Jacobsen and Ulis would be keys to us winning games in the tournament. Jacobsen I think was 2 for 2 from 3 yesterday and Ulis the game before 🤷♂️
Yeah, all we had to do was pay the team more money and THEN they could win a few more games.
Yeah, seeing Gary and Williams embracing after the game, you can tell they were only in it for the money. When Gary started his moment in the spotlight as MVP to give a specific shoutout to Cale Jacobsen - you know Gary is only there for the money. What a selfish bastard.
You have to admire the dedication that it takes to allow zero happiness in your life as a Nebraska fan.
